Mission Statement

The mission of the Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office is to perform the duties and responsibilities of each function in accordance with highest standards possible; to offer courteous, responsive and efficient customer service with timely payment processing and collection of taxes and revenues; to invest revenues received by the County, Special Districts and Schools, with the primary objective of preserving the principal and securing maximum rates of return at a minimum risk; to adhere to the provisions established by the Government Code, the Revenue and Taxation Code, State Constitution and County Ordinances.
